1. Services

Dandy Jetski provides water sports and recreational activities in the UAE, including but not limited to:

• Jet Ski rentals

• Flyboard experiences

• Related water adventure activities

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safety requirements.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

• Riders must meet the minimum age and weight requirements set by UAE maritime authorities.

• Valid government-issued ID may be required before participation.

• Minors must have parental or legal guardian consent.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet safety or legal requirements.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to confirmation.

• Prices are listed in AED and may change without notice.

• Full or partial payment may be required in advance.

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

We do not store your card details.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Late arrivals may result in reduced ride time or cancellation without refund.

• No refunds for no-shows.

• Activities may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather, sea conditions, or safety concerns.

• In case of operator-initiated cancellation, customers may be offered a reschedule or refund.

Refund decisions are final.

5. Safety Rules & Conduct

By participating, you agree to:

• Follow all instructions given by staff and instructors

• Wear provided safety equipment at all times

• Ride responsibly and avoid reckless behavior

• Refrain from riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the activity with no refund.

6. Assumption of Risk

Water sports involve inherent risks, including injury, equipment failure, and environmental conditions.

By participating, you:

• Acknowledge and accept all risks

• Voluntarily assume responsibility for your actions

• Agree that Dandy Jetski is not liable for injuries caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions

7. Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

• Dandy Jetski is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dandy Jetski, its staff, and partners from claims arising from your participation

8. Damage to Equipment

Customers are responsible for damages caused by misuse, negligence, or violation of safety rules.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

9. Weather & Sea Conditions

We reserve the right to:

• Modify routes

• Limit ride time

• Cancel or postpone activities

All decisions related to weather and sea safety are final.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Dandy Jetski and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11. Privacy

Use of the Website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and used.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
